How your return works

1. Declare your withdrawal

Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. The quickest way is our online form: Withdraw from contract. You can also email us at hello@revedream.co or use the model withdrawal form in our Withdrawal Policy.

2. Pack the items

Please use the original packaging where possible. Labels and tags should still be attached.

3. Send it back

Ship the parcel to:

You bear the return shipping costs yourself. We recommend insured shipping with tracking.

4. Refund

We will refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, to your original payment method no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you have sent them.

Please note: Trying items on as you would in a store is of course fine. Items that have been worn, washed or damaged beyond that may lead to a claim for compensation for diminished value.
